Rian M. Kinney, Esq. – Founder/Attorney

Rian M. Kinney is as tenacious as she is multi-faceted. Accepted to United States Military Academy at West Point when 17, Rian has long been recognized for her leadership and commitment to excellence which she applies to her roles as an Entertainment and Brand Building Attorney, Marketer, Speaker and Entrepreneur.

Ms. Kinney obtained her Bachelors Degree in English from the University of Florida in 2004 and immediately pursued her law degree at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While participating in the four year evening program, Rian commuted an hour to school, served in four leadership positions, worked a full time job, won scholarships and was still able to make Dean’s List.

Rian served as the Vice President of Entertainment for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society for two years and won Organization of the Year, both years. Ms. Kinney had the distinguished honor of being appointed Nova Southeastern University’s, American Bar Association Representative and had the responsibility of representing and promoting the school at national conferences.

Rian Kinney is a woman of diverse interests.

Ms. Kinney is a gifted athlete; she was the only girl the recreational roller hockey league for three years, played softball for five years, in high school she ran hurdles on the track team, won Rookie of the Year and was named Captain of the Suncoast Cross Country team that advanced to States both years Rian ran. Rian discovered basketball at the age of 12 and played competitively; starting on the ’98 State Champion Suncoast Basketball Team and and going to A.A.U. Nationals three times with the Riviera Beach Young Guns and placing as high as 7th in the nation. Rian played intramural softball and basketball while at UF and NSU. More recently, Ms. Kinney was the only female in the Broward County Lawyer Flag Football League, playing center.

Ms. Kinney ran in the inaugural AIA half-marathon in Fort. Lauderdale and is running in 2013, won Best Interview in the 2004 Miss Palm Beach County Pageant, tried out and was inducted into the American Trial Lawyers Association – Honor Society at NSU and flew to San Francisco to Audition for American Idol. Rian is also in the process of writing her first book.
